and crazy clients. No punches are pulled in this often witty, sometimes tragic,

exposé of the real estate industry.

Despite the humor that spices the novel from beginning to end, there are

serious themes that represent the meat of the story. The issues of professional

safety practices and professional ethics, the stance of the Catholic Church on the

subject of homosexuality, and animal welfare are all topics explored though the

novel’s colorful characters.
