The Blue Vista Neighborhood is a mixed-density, mixed-income residential community located in southeast Longmont, Colorado. The neighborhood includes duplexes, town homes, row homes and single-family homes. Nearly half the homes have been designed to be permanently affordable.
Bordered by open space to the southeast and a future public park to the south, Blue Vista is also just steps away from the Longmont Recreation Center and Cultural Museum.
Blue Vista is located near shopping and provides easy access to I-25, Hwy 287 and the Diagonal Highway.
