The new Anthem community in Broomfield, Colorado, is divided into two sections: Anthem Ranch and Anthem Highlands. Anthem Ranch is designed for residents ages 55 and older, and Anthem Highlands is open to all ages, and also contains a town center area with office space, stores and restaurants.
Anthem offers breathtaking views, parks and a superb recreation center. The center includes a work-out room, basketball courts, two outdoor swimming pools, a party room and more. Across the street, enjoy golf at Vista Ridge.
