About Ann Cooper

Ann Cooper works with buyers and sellers throughout the beautiful Colorado area, as you enter perhaps the most important financial and lifestyle decision that you will make in your lifetime. She and her staff are widely known for personalized client service and attention to every detail involved in the selling-purchasing relationship. Her office works with clients to help them realize their real estate goals through hard work, dedication, patience, and honesty. On a personal note – Ann loves her family, friends, work and her community. This is clearly evident in the numerous projects she involves herself with. She currently serves on the Boards of the Community Foundation of Boulder County, the Boulder History Museum and the YWCA. Ann also serves on the Boulder Area Board of Realtors. She completed a 7-year term as a Boulder Public Library Commissioner and served her last year as Co-Chair. She has served on the Boards of the People’s Clinic; Habitat For Humanity; United Way Venture Grants; Council of Chairs, and the Minority Issues Coalition. Ann has also served on the Boards of United Black Women of Boulder Valley, Rocky Mountain Peace & Justice Center, Boulder Public Library Foundation and has been a volunteer mediator for the City of Boulder.

For her community activity and dedication, Ann Cooper received both the Penfield Tate Humanitarian Award and the Boulder Chamber’s “Women Who Light Up The Community” awards.

The History

Ann Cooper has lived in Colorado since 1987, and has traveled extensively since leaving her native Georgia. She has lived in Chicago, Wisconsin, Atlanta, Detroit and Scotland. Ann was named “Rookie of the Year” in only her first year with nationally known Keller Williams, and for the majority of her five years with Keller Williams was ranked the #1 Top Agent in Boulder. Ann received the “Best of Boulder – Realtor Category” in 1999. She has received her GRI and ABR designations. Ann started her own company with Metro Brokers in July 2002.
